Hello! My name is Valerie Winkel and I am elated to be the new Executive Director for Arise Milwaukee. I have worked throughout ministry as a volunteer, catechist, youth minister, and worship leader. I have also been growing my domestic church for the past 5.5 years and have two children I have been blessed to raise at home for the past 4 years. Outside of my role with Arise, I still stay home with my children (one of whom is in school part time), sing with our choir and volunteer in other ways at church, and run my own business/ministry with Mary Kay. You can usually find me with a child on the hip, celsius in one hand and hair in a claw clip.
